Rooted in Nansha, Serving the Greater Bay Area.
· 中国慈善基金会
Nansha, as the geographic center of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, enjoys significant locational advantages. The China Charitable Foundation has chosen to establish an office here with the aim of better serving the Greater Bay Area urban cluster and providing precise, efficient public welfare services to populations in need within the region. The office is equipped with an independent working area, a reception area and a multifunctional activity room, and can concurrently undertake multiple functions including project coordination, volunteer training, material storage and beneficiary reception.
A Foundation representative stated that the Nansha office will serve as the Foundation’s frontline base in the Greater Bay Area, with a primary focus on grassroots livelihoods, elderly health and assistance to vulnerable groups. Through a model of “project-based operations, professionalized services and routine implementation,” the Foundation will ensure that charitable resources are delivered to those who need them most.
In addition to community-rooted daily services, the China Charitable Foundation actively participates in large-scale public welfare events to mobilize broader social support. Recently, the Foundation’s team appeared at a major charity gala held in a large arena. The venue was filled to capacity, with numerous caring enterprises, public welfare organizations and volunteers gathered together. On site, Foundation representatives held aloft a banner bearing “China Charitable Foundation” together with the slogan “I will be selfless and not fail the people,” conveying charitable positive energy to the entire audience.
At the event, banners reading “Devote to charitable donation — E‑Zhen transmits strength to jointly build a better future” and “E‑Zhen’s fifteen-year legacy of filial piety and benevolence — crocodile culture’s welfare benefits the public” were displayed above the stands, underscoring the determination of caring enterprises and public welfare organizations to jointly advance charitable work. By participating in such large-scale events, the Foundation further enhanced its public visibility and impact, while also securing additional resources and support for subsequent projects.
